Overview
Standing on 500 meters of golden sand on Legian Beach, The Oberoi Resort Bali is a 5-Star luxury resort designed in the style of a Balinese village by renowned Australian architect Peter Muller. Set in 15 acres of tropical gardens the resort blends tastefully into the natural beauty of Bali's coastline. The facilities are of the highest standards as are the accommodations, some of which come with a private pool.
The Oberoi Bali is a private paradise village of thatched Lanais and Villas set in beautiful tropical gardens along a 500-metre stretch of golden sand. Secluded and peaceful, with charming and endlessly obliging staff, this resort really is an enchanting escape from the cares of everyday life.
Fifteen Luxury villas and sixty Lanais are all designed in traditional Balinese style, but inside guests find that every imaginable 21st century comfort has been provided. At night, subtle lighting transforms the pools and gardens into scenes worthy of a fairytale romance. The standard of Oberoi service is legendary worldwide, and here in Bali it really makes the quality of your stay come alive.
Three restaurants provide a choice of international and Balinese fare and impeccable service. The Health Club, Gym and the Oberoi Spa and Beauty Salon take good care of the rest of your body.
Facilities
Most of the 75 thatched Lanais and Villas have their own high coral stone walls for privacy. Every Luxury Villa has a terrace and its own garden courtyard with a raised pavilion for breakfasting privately or dining by candlelight. Eight of the Villas have the ultimate in privacy – A generously sized private pool. Bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and furnished with teak and Balinese artefacts. Bathrooms are glass-walled and sunken baths look out into private walled courtyard gardens.
24 hour room service, laundry, minibar, satellite television, direct dialling, VCR, CD player and dataport are all provided, as are designer toiletries, towelling robes, fruit, flowers and mineral water. Babysitting and cribs are available on request.
The Oberoi Spa
Spa services are available from 9am to 9pm.
The Oberoi Spa by Banyan Tree offers an extensive range of body and beauty treatments including Ayurvedic, Aromatherapy, Balinese, Classical Swedish, Shiatsu, and Thai Massages. Body treatments include a Mineral Mud Wrap and the traditional Javanese Mandi Lulur bathing ritual. Trained therapists in the open-air spa pavilions overlooking the lily ponds will soothe and pummel you into a state of blissful relaxation. Full hair and beauty salon services are also available at the Oberoi Spa.
Swimming Pool
Open 9am to 6pm
The beautiful open-air swimming pool overlooks the sea, and is surrounded by flowering trees. At night the water is illuminated and looks even more tempting, but the pool closes at 6pm.Snacks and light refreshments are available at the poolside throughout the day. Steam room and sauna are open from 9am to 9pm.

Frangipani Café
Open 7am to 10pm for alfresco breakfast, fresh seafood and light meals. Ideal for breakfast by the beach under the palms.
Kura Kura
Open 7am to 10.30 pm Smart but casual, Kura Kura serves Indonesian, Asian and Continental cuisines under an impressively high thatched roof.
The Amphitheatre
Open 7pm-10pm for themed Buffet Dinner and Balinese dance performances 2/3 times a week.
Here you can take the opportunity to experience Balinese culture while relaxing over a candlelit dinner.
Kayu Bar
Open Noon to Midnight
The colourful Kayu Bar with its ocean views is an intimate spot for an aperitif or after dinner drinks.
