KENTENTUAN CANCELLATION

Ordinary Vacation Season

* Expense of last night will be applied for cancellation of 14 days before arrival.
* Leaves earlier hotel from schedule which has been ordered worn [by] cost one nights the price of room;chamber
* Surrender charge also will refer to correspondent when reservasi and rekonfirmasi.
July, August, September and first day of Idulfitri
* Expense of last night will be applied for cancellation of 21 days before arrival.
* Expense of two ( 2) night will be applied for cancellation of 14 days before arrival.
* Leaves earlier hotel from schedule which has been ordered worn [by] cost two ( 2) night the price of room;chamber
* Surrender charge also will refer to correspondent when reservasi and rekonfirmasi.
20 December - 10 January
* Expense of last night will be applied for cancellation of 45 days before arrival.
* Expense of two ( 2) night will be applied for cancellation of 30 days before arrival.
* Payment which we have received is nonrefundable for cancellation of 14 days before arrival.
* Leaves earlier hotel from schedule which has been ordered not got payment return.
* Surrender charge also will refer to correspondent when reservasi and rekonfirmasi.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

* Required payment is front with credit card or through bank transfer of for all reservasi which have been booked / confirmed.
* Credit card di-charge would if(when reservasi confirmed has
* Voucher or hotel coupon would in enamel or in fax if required.

FINANCE RETURN PROCESS

All payment returns refers to cancellation rule of ordering.
If cancellation process is agreed [by] hence we will return payment in the duration of 14 workdays
Payment return with credit card is worn [by] cost equal to 3% from total of payments
Return with bank transfer of worn [by] cost equal to Rp 15000,-
